In order to function properly, the T-CASE must be placed in the original position of the transponder or at the center of your dashboard. When removing the case, you may use a flat/dull tool to gently ease-out the toll pass. Tonic toll-pass covers have been tested to work with interior EZ Pass toll tags only. See a complete list of roadways which accept EZ Pass www.ezpass.com. We do not recommend using our cover in any pre 1995 vehicles with heated windshields. Please also reference EZPASS.com for cars that require an exterior toll tags instead. When using our product please follow all local traffic laws, especially the speed limit indicated at each EZPASS™ toll booth to ensure your safety and the full functionality of your toll-pass. Tonic shall not be liable for any fees and penalties relating to the cover. This toll-cover has also not been tested in any atypical passenger cars or trucks. The non-slip pad included with the toll-pass cover was designed to hold the cover in place during regular driving. The Toll-pass and cover may shift, slip, or fall while driving on rough terrain or during other circumstances. Please refrain from any adjusting while driving. Looking for or moving the cover or pad while driving is dangerous and may cause serious harm to yourself and others. When left under extreme heat for a prolonged period of time, the non-slip pad and toll-pass cover may lose some of its color and stickiness. Cleaning the pad or any residue with a damp or wet cloth (not tissues, which may stick to the pad) will restore most of its stickiness. In addition, do not place the case on top of any areas which may obstruct an airbag or the driver’s view. Tonic Concepts is not liable for any product related damages or auto accidents.
